Mega Corpora Capital Injection into Bank Sulut
PT Mega Corpora, a subsidiary of CT Corp., put up capital of Rp 65.8 billion to Bank of North Sulawesi. The signing of the capital injection was made on Wednesday (21/12/2011) at the Office of Bank Sulut, Manado, North Sulawesi.
The event was attended by North Sulawesi Governor SH Sarundajang, CT Corp. Chairman Chairul Tanjung, President Director of PT Mega Corpora, President Director of PT Trans Corp., as well as the regents / mayors in the province of North Sulawesi as a shareholder of PT Bank Sulut.
